My first WOOP

Like we said earlier in this lesson, we’re going to start by looking back and reflecting on previous years. Not just about whether or not you were drinking, but the things you enjoyed and the things that made you unhappy. Ultimately we want to keep all the things we enjoyed, and hopefully even add more things to the list, and as much as we can avoid or mitigate the things that made us unhappy. Essentially these form the basis for our wishes for this year.

Then, using what you learn in this course, and the plans you create using the WOOP tool over the next few lessons, you can turn those wishes into actionable plans. Sounds good, right?

We have created a special questionnaire for you to help you reflect and plan the weeks ahead. This will be the first of several exercises to help you think through your wishes, triggers and desired outcomes.

Here is what you need to do:

  • Set aside 15 minutes, and find a space where you can be alone. 
  • Grab a cup of something nice you would like to drink (and possibly a mince pie, as that’s a holiday tradition we in the Club Soda team particularly like).
  • Following the prompts in the quiz below, and let’s get into looking at what you enjoyed, what you didn’t, and what your wish is for this year.
