WOOP your new year

This is a really exciting point to have reached, and where we can bring everything we’ve learned together. Spend a little time reflecting on your experiences over the holidays, and how you have changed things for the better. Even if you’ve struggled at times, and maybe even been blown off course, you will have learned some stuff about yourself, and about how to do things differently.

Replan: Once you have reflected over the past weeks, months, and year, you can begin to see what you can do differently in future. Working out how to distract, avoid or escape certain situations. What your triggers are. 

Recommit: If your plans are still good, or after you’ve replanned, it is then just a case of recommitting yourself to your goals. And getting back on the road.

Reward: You may be able to think of new ways to reward your successes as you go forward. Your reward could reflect what you have learnt about your triggers.

This is the last bit of work to do in this course, so make the most of it. Here’s a New Year WOOP.
