WOOP your strengths

Sit down and list your strengths. Maybe ask some friends and family. When it comes to planning in your WOOP, you can name the strength you will deploy to deal with the next event or trigger.

  • Remember you are amazing and you can do this. It will just take practice.
  • No one is perfect. Reflect on that as you watch people, and be kinder to yourself.
  • List your strengths – from all areas of your life. Think about how they can be used to help you in this journey.

When using the WOOP method, think about which strengths you can use to deliver an effective plan. Focusing on your strengths will allow you to see the action as positive exercise that continues to develop you.
