Welcome to the home of CLUB SODA’S COURSES TO CHANGE YOUR DRINKING

Welcome

Welcome to Happier Holidays with Club Soda. It’s great that we’re going to be spending the festive season together.

Over the next two months, you will navigate the holiday season, staying sober or drinking mindfully (depending on your personal intentions) and hopefully even enjoy yourself while you’re doing it. During the season of excess, you are going to be a model of restraint – you will not only survive, but you will also thrive and revive!

Is that challenge starting to sink in? You may be feeling what lots of us in Club Soda felt during our first sober holiday season: a mixture of excitement, fear and defiance. Maybe you’ve got that slightly manic giggle (and a few tears), because although you’re not quite sure exactly how this happened, you know that it needs to happen.

You may feel like you have been possessed by another being. Holidays without alcohol…? You?! Really?! But it’s going to be OK because we’re doing this together.

More importantly, you already have the skills and strength you need to do this. We’ll be giving you all our favourite tips and tricks, helping you plan and supporting you through any difficult moments. All we need you to do is dig deep.

There may be a few white-knuckle moments. But don’t worry. We have got your back. We have been there.

Ultimately, this festive season is up to you whether you go completely alcohol-free or have the occasional tipple. There’s no judgement from us either way. This is your holiday season, so let’s make it a good one.
