Welcome to the home of CLUB SODA’S COURSES TO CHANGE YOUR DRINKING
Choosing an alcohol-free drink is a great place to start. But if you want extra support to rethink your drinking habits, Club Soda can help.
We offer two in-depth courses that you can join at any time.
Club Soda builds your confidence to change your drinking, your way.
Based on the best behaviour change science and the collective experience of the Club Soda community, our online courses give you the tools and techniques to change your drinking habits for good.
You’ll get in-depth and thought-provoking advice and support, tools to track your progress and the chance to connect with other people who are cutting down or quitting drinking. Join thousands of people like you, and get ready to change your drinking, your way.
We know that positive change can take time, so there’s no time limit on finishing your course. We’re here for you, for as long as you need us.
Club Soda’s short courses support you with specific aspects of changing your drinking. Our latest short course, Rethinking Your Wine Drinking is designed specifically for wine drinkers who want to drink less or not at all.
Some of our online courses, like Happier Holidays with Club Soda, are seasonal. Others, like How to Journal, are available to start year-round. And if you want a taster of our approach, our introductory course, How to Change Your Drinking, is completely free of charge.
All our short courses are self-contained. But if you want to pursue them alongside either of our in-depth courses, they can help build your confidence and to create and sustain lasting change.
Club Soda understands the unique challenges of changing your drinking when you work professionally with alcohol.
If you work or have worked in the drinks industry in the UK – anywhere from pubs to production – you could benefit from our partnership with The Drinks Trust. Discover more about our work to support people in the industry and secure a fully-funded place on one of our in-depth online courses.
Club Soda also supports venues that want to become more welcoming places for mindful drinkers.
