Club Soda’s short courses support you with specific aspects of changing your drinking. Our latest short course, Rethinking Your Wine Drinking is designed specifically for wine drinkers who want to drink less or not at all. And our original short course, How to Journal, is available to start year-round if you want to reflect on your progress.
Our short courses are self-contained. But if you want to pursue them alongside either of our in-depth courses, they can help build your confidence and to create and sustain lasting change.
